  1. How do I get started?


    We offer a free consultation that includes an investment analysis of your portfolio providing:

  • valuable insight and detailed information about your current portfolio/retirement plan
  • general observations and recommendations
  • a summary of how we can assist you in adding value to your portfolio

  1. How are you compensated?


    We offer flexible payment arrangements. We work with you in the discovery phase to determine the best way to work together. Here are the financial models that we offer:

  • Investment Advisory: Fees for portfolio management are based on assets under management and the programs selected. The maximum annual fee, when utilizing our Strategist and Consulting Services Program is 2.00%. All fees are payable quarterly in advance. We manage all of your assets through our custodial relationship with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
  • Hourly Consulting (fee-only): We provide project-based financial planning or consulting services for an hourly fee. Fees and payment schedule vary based on the agreed upon services and amount of time is provided for advice.
  • Monthly Subscription: Fixed fees where we provide ongoing financial planning and/or financial consulting services for a fixed fee, fees are payable monthly.
  1. How often would we meet?


    We schedule face-to-face quarterly meetings. Also, we update plans with you as often as needed; at minimum 2 times per year.

  2. When can I call you?


    We encourage open communications. Please feel free to call us at any time.

  3. Who will be keeping track of my investments?


    That depends on who you designate to control your investments:  you, us or a third-party. We explore these options in the Discovery Section of our planning process.

  4. How long will I have to wait to hear back from you?


    You can expect that any call made to our office before 4:00 p.m. will be returned by your advisor, or someone on the team, on the same day. Calls made after 4:00 p.m. will be returned on the next business day.

  5. What happens if there is a problem or error with a trade in my account?


    While we endeavor to execute all business without error, we promise that any problems will be resolved in accordance with the firm's written supervisory procedures. The Adviser bears any cost of correcting a trade error.
